What services do we offer?

At Pool-Plans.co.uk, we offer a range of services that can be utilised by both private and public swimming pools in the UK. Our services can be employed on a one-off basis, or they can be employed on a regular, rolling basis.

Maintenance and repair jobs

If you have a problem, and you’ve identified the cause but don’t know how to fix it, then we can send our team in to make the repairs.

On top of basic repair and maintenance call outs, with no fixed contracts or obligations, we also offer a fault find and fix service. This service is perfect if you don’t know exactly what’s causing the issue, as our expert staff will be able to investigate and identify the root cause of the problem before they get things up and running again.

Surveys and plans

We can provide your swimming pool with a robust and detailed maintenance plan, after a no-obligation, free survey.

These maintenance plans can then be put into action by your swimming pool staff to keep the facilities in top running condition, while our repair team will only ever be a quick call away if you have any problems.

Regular maintenance plans

As well as our one-off swimming pool maintenance and repair options, we can also provide more regular maintenance visits. These are generally provided on a contractual basis through the year but are designed to accommodate your individual facilities and the working knowledge of your staff.

Weekly maintenance visits

If you don’t have too much maintenance experience at your facility, then we can call in once a week to make sure everything is safe and in working order.

This is the best option if the pool is regularly used but you don’t want to worry about any of the maintenance.

Bi-weekly maintenance visits

If your swimming pool doesn’t see enough use to warrant a weekly visit, then we can also send our team over once every two weeks.

This keeps the pool in good working order but gives you the ability to take a hands-off approach to its maintenance.

Monthly maintenance visits

Monthly visits are perfect for swimming pools that are rarely used, or where you have existing maintenance and repair procedures, and just need things checked over.

6-monthly or yearly maintenance visits

If you keep most of your repair and maintenance in-house, then our team can pop by every 6 months or once a year to provide an external audit and repair service of your facilities.
